How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through:

  1. Your account settings page
  2. Emailing support@radionavigator.app
  3. Using the Paddle portal link in your confirmation email

You'll retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

To request a refund email accounts@radionavigator.app with a clear statement.

I found a bug or issue. How do I report it?

  1. A description of the issue
  2. Steps to reproduce the problem
  3. Your browser and device information
  4. Screenshots if helpful
Can I use Radio Navigator on multiple devices?

Yes! Your subscription is tied to your account, not your device. You can access Radio Navigator on any device by signing in with your account credentials.

However, you cannot share your account with others. Each user should have their own account.

Is Radio Navigator for real-world navigation?

Radio Navigator is a simulator for recreational use only.

While we strive for realistic simulation, this tool must NEVER be used for:

  • Actual flight navigation
  • Real-world aviation operations
  • Flight planning for actual flights
What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free Tier includes:

  • Single VOR navigation
  • Basic HSI instrument
  • Moving map display
  • Limited configuration options

Pro Tier includes everything in Free, plus:

  • Multiple navigation radios and custom aids
  • Full, customizable HSI with all features
  • Unrestricted speed range
  • Up to 20x time acceleration
  • Pop-out windows for multi-monitor setups
